Colorful Voices Dancing With The Unseen

I am strong, living in a Tropical Paradise,
When the lights turn off, and the stars come out,
Shadows play, and I dance the Tango with my Girl,

Forgive me if I speak, incoherently,
It is not that I am ignoring you,
Rather, all the stick figures that surround me,
Make funny faces, trying to scare me shit-less,

All my energy, every thought of mine,
Was constructed for you, so that I could grab your hand,
Twist your body, perform the Salsa,
Elevate our minds, so that those who hate us, can’t touch us,

I am strong, living in a Tropical Paradise,
When the lights turn off, and the stars come out,
Shadows play, and I dance the Tango with my Girl,

My favorite time of the day, when you wear Rainbow colors,
Imagine what I see, each color singing a different gospel song,
Free falling, dancing, celebrating life,
Thankful for being welcomed, to this un-ordinary special occasion,

It is true, I hear the whispers of fallen soldiers,
Shakes hands, make deals, and talk to the mystical, to the unseen,
But this doesn’t mean, I am lost nor gone forever,
You are my everlasting cure, my one true key to reality,

I am strong, living in a Tropical Paradise,
When the lights turn off, and the stars come out,
Shadows play, and I dance the Tango with my Girl,
